Foil packs and mushrooms were made for eachother. It keeps them moist and marinating in whatever goodness you place them in. In my opinion, everything tastes better in some garlic butter...heavy on the garlic and then sprinkled with herbs. Soy sauce and pepper is delicious as a marinade too, with fresh green onions on top. The options are endless.
Clean the mushrooms of any dirt. Make a foil packet and place them evenly on foil. Top them with the marinade and sprinkle with herbs. Close packet and go practice your pyro skills at the grill. Enjoy!

Roasted Stuffed Poblano Peppers
What's better than the smoky heat of a poblano pepper....with gooey cheese? This is a very lazy friendly recipe. Simply clean poblano peppers, and then slice in half to make two little boats. Then you can remove the seeds, veins inside the pepper and get it ready for some lovin'...I mean stuffing. The stuffing is primarily any type of mashed beans. Black beans and pinto beans work best. Add some shredded cheese to the tops and it is ready for some charring. Delicious, smoky, spicy and filling. Enjoy!
Vegetarian BBQ?
Now I'm from Texas...land of fire and meat. I'm talking barbacoa tacos, brisket nachos, and nice medium rare t-bone steak for dinner. So what do you do with all your newly discovered free time when you take the meat away? Why, you heat up the coals, and get to cooking. Who says you can't have a delicious bbq just because they took your chicken away? Be creative with your marinades, load up on spices, and pop open a cold vegetarian one.
